Should you find a lower price in-store, in print or online from an authorized dealer in Trinidad and Tobago we will beat it. Tell us which competitor is offering the lower price; we will verify the price and that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery.

 

Here are some terms and conditions:

 

The item must be of the same brand and model and located in Trinidad and Tobago. The item must be new and factory sealed and subject to a manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Trinidad and Tobago. The item must be sold by an authorized dealer located in Trinidad and Tobago. Competitors’ prices must be in Trinidad and Tobago dollars and will be adjusted for any fees, taxes or other charges such as service, handling fees and delivery.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and financing offers.

When can I ask Fens of  T&T to beat a price?

  • if you find a lower price at another valid retailer before you make your purchase at Fens  retail stores.

Does the Lowest Price Guarantee apply to the prices of Internet and in-store retailers?
Definitely! If we don’t already offer the lowest price on the items you want, we’ll beat any price in a retail store or as advertised online locally. There are a few things to note:

  • The item must be sold by an authorized dealer located in Trinidad and Tobago. For online competitors, the product must be located in Trinidad and Tobago.
  • The item must be of the same brand and model as what we have in-store or online.
  • The item must be sold in Trinidad and Tobago dollars.

How do I show proof of the price difference?
Please visit us in-store or call us at 650- FENS (3367) or email and tell us which competitor is offering the lower price, what the price is, and where they are offering it. Our Product Specialists will verify the price and that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery to you.

How do I get the lower price for my item?

If you’re shopping in our stores:

  • Before you make a purchase, let one of our friendly customer service representatives know about the lower price, and they will verify that price and that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale. You can also walk with any local print ad or publication.

 

What happens if the competitor doesn’t have the item I want in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

Retailers sometimes advertise a product as having limited quantities in stock. Unfortunately, if the item is out of stock or a competitor has advertised limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for our Lowest Price Guarantee. Likewise, if we sell a product that is advertised as being in limited quantity, it will not be eligible for any price matching.
